1. Acceptance

By installing or using FixedFloat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control.

3. No warranty

FixedFloat is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for loss of journal data — please rely on iOS device backups.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Cloud AI sparkle button to process content that violates applicable law or the upstream LLM provider's policies (sexual content involving minors, instructions for violence or weapons, etc.).

5. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
